Round 3 of the Triumph Triple Challenge at Oulton Park turned into a very frustrating weekend for the team and I. Going into the meeting i was confident of closing back in on the championship lead and making ammends for the crash at Thruxton.

In two days time, The team and i will be setting off to Oulton Park for round 3 of the Triumph Triple Challenge Championship at British Superbikes.

Only a week after the opening round of the 2013 British Superbike season the teams were back on track for one of the fastest races on the BSB calendar at Thruxton. Poor weather meant the majority of Saturday's schedule was put back to the following day which meant a packed day for race fans on Sunday.

British Supersport Championship Brands Hatch hosted the opening round of the 2013 British Superbike Championship with Triumph UK's factory team Smiths Triumph debut outing in the British Supersport. Other teams in the Supersport and Superstock 600 series also run the Daytona 675 and 675R as listed below.

Freddy started the season in dominant style, winning both races at the opening round of the 2013 Triumph Triple Challenge at Brands Hatch at the weekend.

I hope everyone is well and is looking forward to the start of the new racing season as much as i am. Just thought id give you all a quick update on this seasons preparations.

With less than two weeks to go before Round 1 at Brands Hatch, The team and i finally managed to get out on track for the first time with the new Hughenden M40/ Dales Racing backed 2013 Triumph 675R.
