The penultimate round of the 2011 Triumph Triple Challenge alongside the British Superbike Championship headed back to the famous Donington Park circuit. The Midlands circuit is most famously known for its super fast and flowing layout which includes the challenging Craner Curves section.

Set in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, Cadwell Park is a firm favourite with riders and fans alike. It was the stage for the seventh round of the 2011 Triumph Triple challenge. A meeting in which Freddy was looking forward to immensely as he has always gone well here, scoring a memorable podium in last years meeting.

Entering this meeting still high on motivation from the podium last time out at Snetterton, Freddy was keen to keep the ball rolling and continue his good form onboard his Hughenden M40 Triumph backed Triumph 675 Daytona Race Bike.

Round 5 of the Triumph Triple Challenge headed to the fantastic New Snetterton 300 Circuit in Norfolk. After the torrential rain at the previous round at Silverstone MotoGP, it was pleasing to have glorious sunshine all weekend.

After the positive first day of testing, I headed back over to Cadwell on Tuesday for the second test of the year on an Open pit lane track day giving the perfect opportunity to get lots of laps in.
