"I wanted to take some time to put together a thank you letter for the excellent customer service i received recently from you and the staff at Hughenden M40. For someone like myself that was new to motorcycling and looking to purchase my first bike it was a pleasant experience dealing with you. At the age of 46 and having just passed my test i had looked around and visited several dealers as i had my heart set on a red Triumph Daytona 675, then on the Bike Trader website something special caught my eye.... a stunningly beautiful white Triumph Daytona 675 SE on sale at Hughenden M40.

I made some enquires with yourself and arranged a test ride for the 2nd February, my partners (Linda) birthday. It was a cold day with temperatures just below freezing as we set off on the 100 mile journey. One of Linda's favourite places in the UK is Oxford so we spent the morning there before heading over to Thame for about 1pm. You made us both very welcome with coffee and we were greeted with a friendly atmosphere, something we had not experienced at other dealers. I got my gear on and went out for a 20 minute ride and straight away i knew she would be my first ever bike. While i was out you chatted with Linda and by the time i returned she knew everything worth knowing about the Limited Edition Triumph Steve McQueen. We spent almost 2 hours with you and enjoyed every minute of our visit.

I had the bike delivered on the 16th February by Kevin who was also very friendly and helpful, going through the controls with me, paperwork and giving me tips and advice. I've now had the bike for just over 2 weeks, ride her when i can (already clocked up 180 miles) and go in the garage every day just to look at her. I know we will have a long and happy life together and she will be cared for and loved each and every day.
